Wood Island Life Saving Station

Wood Island Life Saving Station is a building on an island off the coast of Kittery Point, Maine that was used for many years as a base from which men helped rescue mariners in distress. Over the years, the station fell into disarray, but now a team of local citizens has begun restoring the station in order to convert it into a museum. The association of these citizens brought Orpheus on to up level the website they had and keep it up to date.

Orpheus took the existing site and revamped the slider on the home page, created various calls to action for visitors to donate, enhanced inner pages where necessary, and enhanced the site’s blog.
